Product:
- Printed on birch plywood planks with birch plywood backing support. Every piece of wood came from farm wood stocks so it doesn't affect our environment. The backing support is glued to each plan for durability. Every pallet is printed in vibrant color using UV inks.
- It is scratch, fade, and water-resistant which gives a long-lasting piece of art from your personal choice to decorate any room in your house, office, studio, or any other workplace.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
The time shipping for standard method:
- Canada: CNE EXPRESS: 12-25 days
- US: SF-EXPRESS: 9-20 days
- UK: YUN Express: 10-30 days
- Rest of the world: SF Express, China Post, YANWEN about 20-50 days
We also provide two options: Standard shipping and Faster Shipping. The shipping time above is for the Standard shipping package.
If you choose the faster shipping, it will arrive 10 days sooner than normal shipping.
Please note that the time of shipping does not consist of the time of processing and production.
Can I change the Artwork after Approval?
Potentially - it depends on how quickly you contact us after the approval and when we see your message. If we can reach the printing team and find your order to stop it, we will. If your message comes late and we couldn't stop it on the order line, we'd love to make you happy, so please get in touch - we'll see what we can do!
Processing Time
It takes 7-10 days in regular seasons (shipping time is not included).
It takes 1 – 3 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.
However, it might be delayed 2-4 days during peak season, but we will try our best to fulfill your orders as fast as we can.

We have two types of shipping: fast shipping standard shipping
- Fast shipping: It takes 7-11 days to deliver the package (Processing time is not included).
- Standard shipping: It takes 10-15 days to to deliver the package (Processing time is not included).
However, it might be delayed 2-4 days during peak season, but we will try our best to fulfill your orders as fast as we can.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some areas we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those places, we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped out that contains your tracking number. If you don't receive any tracking information within 9 days, please contact us at support@customspig.com
Why does my tracking say no information available at the moment?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days and there is still no information on your tracking number, feel free to contact us.
