All items offered on CustomsPig are made to order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality! Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.
Shipping & Handling
Note: We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

* The shipping time frame in the table above is the average for all 3 warehouses. The items sent from the US will take less than 2-4 days.
* We also provide two options: Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping. The shipping time above is for the Standard Shipping package.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some areas we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those places, we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped out that contains your tracking number. If you don’t receive any tracking information within 12 business days, please contact us at support@customspig.com.
Why does my tracking say “no information available at the moment”?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 12 business days and there is still no information on your tracking number, feel free to contact us.
