Shipping and Delivery

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectations anywhere in the world.

All items offered on CustomsPig are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item(s) just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

Please note that we process orders on business days which are Monday through Saturday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

When will I get my order? 

We have 3 warehouses in US, Vietnam. Your orders shall be shipped out from one of our warehouses.

We proudly offer worldwide shipping via USPS and DHL.

Please kindly note your order will be processed for producing, packing and shipping to your address that you provide to us. We shall commit about delivery time to you as table below ( excluding processing time):

* The shipping times in the table above are the average times for all 3 warehouses. The items sent from the US will take less than 1-3 days.

* We also provide two options: Standard Shipping and Faster Shipping. The shipping time above is for the Standard Shipping package.

- Standard Shipping: $8.99 for product 9,999g; $25 for product 10000g and up.

- Faster Shipping: $21 for product 9,999g; $60 for product 10000g and up.

What about customs fees?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email that contains your tracking information once your order is shipped. If you haven’t received tracking info within 9 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please feel free to contact us.
