As CustomsPig puts customers’ shopping experience our top priority, you can exchange your order for new items within 24 hours after it is successfully placed in cases:

  • Wrong style, size, or color
  • Wrong expected items

Please email support@customspig.com with your preferred product and the reason for the exchange.

Should you choose to exchange for other sizes/designs after receiving your initial purchase, we will provide you with a discount code to use when placing a new purchase for the product you choose.




If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of the order's completion, then we will refund what you paid for your order within 30 working days. However, please note that the cancellation fee will be $5 for each item for services charges. Please bear in mind that beyond 24 hours, your purchase will be completed and fulfilled in our system, and we will be unable to cancel it.


If you discover that the information on your order needs to be changed, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@customspig.com within 24 hours to make the necessary changes. We will not accept any requests for order modifications after 24 hours have passed following your purchase.



We regret to inform you that your item will not be returned once it has been shipped successfully.

However, if you give us proof you received a product from CustomsPig that is of low quality or incorrect design, we will promptly send you a replacement item that comes up to your expectations, and you will not be charged any fees. In case you want your money back, we will reimburse the amount you paid for your order within 30 working days.

For the quickest resolution of defective/incorrect/damaged items, please send us an email with images indicating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the products, as well as a shipping label. It Is suggested that the photographs are taken on a flat surface with the error plainly visible. They will be proof used to process your purchase and to prevent future printing mistakes.



If the purchase is not delivered because the shipping address supplied during the checkout process was incorrect or incomplete, we will not issue any refund.

If your shipping address is incorrect and your package is being held at the Post Office, please contact your Local Post Office to correct the address and get your package delivered.

You should contact us as soon as possible after placing an order to amend or update your mailing address. Take into account that all information on an order cannot be modified after 24 hours, so you should check the tracking number frequently to deal with your Local Post Office.
