Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped out that contains your tracking number. If you don't receive any tracking information within 9 days, please contact us at support@customspig.com
Why does my tracking say no information available at the moment?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days and there is still no information on your tracking number, feel free to contact us.

I don't seem to understand. For my last five orders of my jackets that I've paid for this website they always come in very different materials than the first two jackets I ever bought from this website. The salamander in the black Templars were much more thicker material which make it not breathable and better for colder climates. The night Lord was very thin than the first two jackets I ever got. And the recent ones that I got which was the emperor's children and the death guard were also made for warmer climates. I thought I'll be getting the same jacket for the same two jackets I received previously. Thin but not thin enough to the point that it cannot handle very cold winds. (On the top shows the warmer climate jackets which were the black Templars the salamanders The emperor's children and the death guard. And at the bottom shows the blood angel. Weird enough each one on the website description says "premium woven plaster" the same thing with the Blood angels and Krieg. I thought all the jackets would be the same thing but I just keep getting warmer jackets. I just hope I can probably get these replaced or get new ones cuz I wasted so much money on the jackets I thought will be all the same.)
