We ship to over 200 countries around the world with the exception of the following countries: Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, & Sudan.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update with USPS.
- Production Time: 3-5 days
- Delivery Time USA: 4-7 days.
- Delivery Time International: 1-2 weeks, although sometimes they may take quite a bit longer due to customs delay in your country.
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?
Yes (where applicable). We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Yes, for sure. You have 24 hours to change/cancel your order from the time your checkout is completed. Once the 24-hour period has passed, it's too late for you and our Customer Support team to change/cancel your order. Some mistakes in your life you can't go back to. Therefore, please consider carefully before placing your order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
* RETURNS
Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are made-to-order, we normally do not receive return items.
If you receive the wrong/defective item(s) in case it was our fault, we are happy to send you the correct one(s) without any extra fees and you will NOT need to return them to us.
* REFUNDS
We are happy to refund or replace your order for any of the following reasons:
- The product is flawed / defective.
- You received the wrong product.
- We sent you the wrong size product.
Please email us at support@customspig.com with a photo of the product you've received along with detailed shots of the flaws. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a refund or replacement free of charge.
Since we are a print-on-demand business, we do not stock items. Therefore, we do not accept refund if:
• You change your mind and don't want the items anymore (over 24 hours), or the size you picked yourself is wrong.
• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. you provided the wrong shipping address resulting in delivery failure.)
• Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Customs Pig (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
• You are not satisfied with the fabric material. We mentioned fabric material clearly in the "Details" section. The fabric material clearly in the product description
• Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Processing Time
It takes 7-10 days in regular seasons (shipping time is not included).
It takes 1 – 3 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.
However, it might be delayed 2-4 days during peak season, but we will try our best to fulfill your orders as fast as we can.

We have two types of shipping: fast shipping standard shipping
- Fast shipping: It takes 7-11 days to deliver the package (Processing time is not included).
- Standard shipping: It takes 10-15 days to to deliver the package (Processing time is not included).
However, it might be delayed 2-4 days during peak season, but we will try our best to fulfill your orders as fast as we can.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some areas we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those places, we will contact you.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped out that contains your tracking number. If you don't receive any tracking information within 9 days, please contact us at support@customspig.com
Why does my tracking say no information available at the moment?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days and there is still no information on your tracking number, feel free to contact us.
